Packing
Packing represents the last operational step within the warehouse, where goods are securely packaged and made ready for transport. The packing process is divided into different phases that vary based on the type of product and our client's needs:
Packaging Selection: The choice of packaging materials is fundamental to protect the goods. We use boxes, pallets, stretch film, padding, and seals based on the nature and value of the product.
Package Preparation: Each product is placed securely inside the chosen container, with attention to preventing shocks, scratches, or damage.
Wrapping: Wrapping is one of the most used techniques to stabilize loads on pallets. Through the use of stretch film (manual or automated), packages are wrapped to guarantee greater safety during transport.
Labeling: Each package is identified with a specific shipping label that includes information such as the tracking code, sender data, recipient data, and the carrier used.
Quality Control: Before shipment, a final check is performed to verify the correct execution of the packing and compliance with the requested specifications.
